When the Sharks take on Saint Monica's tomorrow afternoon in the first game of the 2007 season, the fathers of the team's seniors will be invited to throw out the first pitch.
Game time is 3:00 p.m., but come a few minutes early to see which fathers can still bring it. (My guess is that Steve Weinstock, who has been throwing batting practice to Jared, Brett, and all their teammates since about 1990, will prove to have absolutely nothing left in the tank.)
